These terms apply to the FPL Wildcard app and this website, operated by 9VIL LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
FPL Wildcard is a companion tool for players of Fantasy Premier League. It shows public football and Fantasy Premier League data and generates suggestions to help you manage your team. FPL Wildcard is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. "Premier League" and "Fantasy Premier League" are trademarks of their owners.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).
Predictions are not guarantees
Expected points, recommendations, price change estimates and other predictions are estimates based on available data. They can be wrong. Decisions about your team are yours, and we are not responsible for the results.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no automated scraping, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others.
Paid features
If paid features are offered, they are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings. Deleting your FPL Wildcard account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by the store.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Data from third-party sources may be delayed or unavailable. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your use of predictions or third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
