FPL WildcardPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what data the FPL Wildcard mobile app and this website collect, why, and what choices you have. FPL Wildcard is operated by 9VIL LLC ("we", "us"). Questions: support@9vil.app.
Data we collect
Account data
To use the app you create an account. We store your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider instead of a password.
Your Fantasy Premier League team
You can link your team by entering its public FPL team ID. We store the team ID, the squad we import from the public Fantasy Premier League data, the plans you make in the planner (transfers, captaincy, chips) and the transfer recommendations we generate for you. We never ask for, and never store, your Fantasy Premier League login.
Security and session data
When you sign in we keep a session record with the IP address and device user agent it was created from. We use it only to keep your account secure and to limit abuse. Sessions expire after 7 days.
Purchases
If paid features are offered and you buy one, the purchase is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive your subscription status (product, expiry, store) so we can unlock features. We never receive your card details.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
- No access to your location, contacts, camera or photos.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the app: to sign you in, show your team, live points and leagues, save your plans, generate recommendations, unlock purchased features, send password-reset emails you request, and keep the service secure.
Who processes it
Your data is stored on servers we control. We use service providers only to run the service: hosting and network providers, an email delivery provider for password-reset emails, Google or Apple if you sign in with them, and, for purchases, the App Store, Google Play and our subscription management provider (RevenueCat). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Football data comes from public Fantasy Premier League sources and contains no data about you beyond your public team.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data until you delete your account. When you delete it, your account, sessions, linked team, plans, recommendations and subscription records are deleted from our live systems. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can view and change your data in the app, unlink your team, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Email support@9vil.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
FPL Wildcard is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app for significant changes.
