Delete your FPL Wildcard account

FPL Wildcard is developed by 9VIL LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open FPL Wildcard and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Request account deletion and confirm.

If you signed in a long time ago, the app asks you to sign in again first.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@9vil.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, password hash, sign-in providers), sessions, linked FPL team ID, imported squad, planner data, recommendations and subscription records are deleted from our live systems straight away. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. We keep nothing else.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings to stop renewal.
